Second Stage Withdrawal (5th Nov.-3th Dec., 2012)

 

Second Stage Withdrawal

  • Go to the "Students' Inquiry System" and download the "Second Stage Withdrawal Form." Ask your instructor, advisor and the chairperson of your department to sign the form for you and then turn in this form to the Division of Curriculum.
  • There is no limit on how many courses a student may drop. However, students should meet the lowest credit hours' requirement for full-time students.
  • Students will not receive refunds for dropped courses and they will be recorded as "withdrawal" on students' Chinese and English transcripts
Application form for second stage withdrawal should be delivered no later than 9:00 a.m.on the day following the end of course selection period.
