摘要：

Spatiotemporal surveillance is critical to health systems, manufacturing, and many other domains.

The unknown nature of the event including its coverage and possibly minute impact

magnitude caused by the event often make the detection process challenging.

This talk will introduce spatiotemporal scan statistics and some other methods

for detecting clusters with mean shifts.

A case study of analyzing cancer data will be provided at the end.
