步驟1：登入IBM徵才網站
您需要登入(Global Opportunity Marketplace / GOM)來進行內部推薦。
步驟2：點選 “推薦朋友”選項
點擊“推薦朋友”('Refer a friend')按鈕來使用快速搜索和高級搜索功能。
步驟3：點選搜索功能
點選“特定職位”('Specific job')或“特定職位範圍”('Specific job area')這兩項功能進行搜索。
“特定職位”搜索：輸入職位的編號或者選擇職位搜索按鈕。在每一次職位搜索中，輸入任意的特定搜索條件，並確認該職位頁面下方是否有“僅限員工內部推薦”。當您搜索找到合適的職位時，下拉頁面至底部，點擊“推薦朋友”。
“特定職位範圍”搜索：輸入職位類型，感興趣的領域和國別資訊。該搜索功能會在上述條件範圍內自動搜索符合推薦條件的職位。在您完成步驟4之後，搜索結果會自動保存並發送至您推薦的朋友處。您的朋友便可以流覽這些職位並從中申請他認為最合適的職位。
步驟4：推薦朋友
完成推薦表格並附上被推薦者的個人簡歷。被推薦者便會收到一封邀請他們申請職位資料庫內部相關職位的郵件。被推薦者必須在30天之內完成郵件中提到的申請步驟，這樣您的內部推薦才能正式啟動。
步驟5：完成推薦
當您的朋友完成申請之後，您會收到招募組發出的確認信。每一位被推薦者都會被審核，但我們不會聯繫所有的被推薦者。如果我們決定向某位被推薦者提供職位，我們會向您發通知。當然，您也可以登入GOM，在“我的推薦”("My Referral")一欄中查詢您的“內部推薦”來瞭解其進展和狀態。
5 quick steps to refer a friend
Step 1 - Log onto the IBM Jobs database
You'll need to log onto our Jobs database
(Global Opportunity Marketplace / GOM) to refer a friend.
Step 2 - Select a 'Refer a Friend' option
Using the quick search or advanced search function, you will need to click the 'Refer a friend' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 - Choose a search functionality
You may select either 'Specific job' or search for a 'Specific job area'.
Specific Job Option: Input the job id or click on the job search button. Within the job search, enter any specific search criteria and check the 'Employee Referral Bonus Program Jobs only' box at bottom of the page.
When you've found a suitable job from the search, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'refer a friend' button.
Specific Job Area Option: Input the Position type, Area of Interest and Country information. The tool will conduct a search within this criteria for ERBP eligible jobs. The search results will be saved and sent to your friend after you complete step 4. Your friend will then have the opportunity to review these jobs and apply to the most competitive match.
Step 4 - Refer your friend
Complete the referral form and attach your friend's resume/CV. An email will then be sent to your friend requesting them to apply within the jobs database. They must complete this action to start the referral process. Your friend will have 30 days to respond to this invitation.
Step 5 - You're done!
You'll receive an acknowledgement from the recruitment team when your friend has applied. Each candidate will be reviewed for competitiveness; however every candidate may not be contacted. We'll send you a notification, if we offer your friend a job.
You can always check the status of your referral within the GOM Section of "My Referral."
