【Job Description】

    Title：Project Planning  Assistant

    Start Working Date：Expected Nov. 20, 2016  (can be mandiated in any circumstances)

    Duration：Until Sep. 30, 2020 (extension depends on Financial situation and business requirement  )

    Probation：3 months  

    Location：National Tsing Hua University (Address： No. 101, Section 2, Kuang-Fu Road, Hsinchu, Taiwan 30013, R.O.C)

    Working  Time：08:30~17:30  Monday to  Friday  with  weekly rest  

    Salary：Corresponding to MOST offer (with Labor and Health insurance and  bonus for extra 1.5 months)  

【Requirement】

    1. Acquired  at least   Bachelor's Degree

    2. Acquainted with Microsoft tools, offical documents and projects, financial reports

    3. Able to collect and manage data.

    4. Activate Communication and Coordination ability 

    5. Able to work both in team or individual and be responsible and dedicated attitude toward work 

    6. Acquired with  English  Ability Certificate  for  preference  

【Job Content】

    1. Assist Industry and Academic Corporation Matchmaking stuff

    2. Assist with Administation staff

    3.  Finish and Manage Meeting Report, documents and e-mail, etc.  

    4. Finish Planning Project and Execution Report 

    5. Other  matters assigned by temporary
